Member Satisfaction & Equal Participation

As a community founded upon member ideas, and expanded through member feedback. It is our pledge to provide services, features, and privileges to ALL members, regardless of social standing or professional background. While there are certain areas the more privileged are given access to participate, all members will be given access to view any information in these areas, but may not be eligible to participate until invited.

A community is built by members, we understand this. Thus everyone will be given the opportunity to view and give feedback on things we have in development if they choose to. Participation in new features and so forth will not be limited to paying members, or those who donate to Neverside. Absolutely everyone will be able to give feedback on anything we have in production, or during a debate about changing a feature, etc.

We feel it is only appropriate for everyone to be involved in something that will affect everyone. Through this logic we can get features better tested over a much more broad spectrum of browsers, operating systems, and general user preference/ideas. This allows us to maintain Member Satisfaction by allowing all members to have a voice.

Equal Treatment

As we grow as a community, the members, their backgrounds, and their beliefs will also grow and change. Therefore... regardless of professional background, age, race, native birth, or education level. All members will be treated equally, this includes from the staff, as well as every member. We will do what we can to make everyone's experience here equally enjoyable and equally beneficial. We feel everyone has something to contribute, and that means everyone can be heard, and will be acknowledged.

We promise, from day one, that Neverside will continue to cater to the members, their needs, and what they expect and want out of a community to the best of our ability. It is our goal, and our mission as a community to provide services, features, and an experience that is unmatched and unprecedented to the design, development, and musicianship community.
